Senior Technical Partner Manager (f/m/d)

As a Senior Technical Partner Manager, your main responsibility will be integrating new CPOs into our DCS charging networks. You possess a deep understanding of DCS IT architecture and serve as the technical counterpart for CPOs, ensuring ongoing maintenance. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills enable you to effectively tackle technical challenges with external partners, providing expert guidance and identifying solutions to ensure smooth technical operations. Your main responsibility is to lead cross-functional projects for developing tools or features in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
In addition to handling the configuration and deployment of CPOs, you play a crucial role in supporting the team to track, monitor, and implement KPIs, ensuring the highest quality of roaming services. Your dedication to continuous improvement drives you to enhance the features and functionalities of the services we offer with our CPOs, guaranteeing an outstanding charging experience for our customers
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis or as a technical partner integration manager, encompassing technical support, configuration management, maintenance, quality monitoring, feature implementation planning, project management, and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of EV-roaming protocols (OCPI, OICP 2.3, OCHP)
- Having technical literacy and basic understanding of backend application structures (services, APIs, databases, request/response flows) AND being comfortable collaborating with developers and translating technical findings into clear insights.
- Strong skill of project, relationship, and stakeholder management, from planning and execution to expectation management and issue resolution across internal and external parties.
- Very skilled in analyzing backend logs and telemetry (distributed tracing, exception tracking, performance monitoring). Experience with Azure Application Insights + KQL will be advantageous
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
