Senior CRM Marketing Manager (f/d/m)

Make an Impact by :

• Taking on interim disciplinary leadership of a 6-person Marketing team (+ working student/intern).
• (Re)structuring and developing new, efficient workflows and processes.
• Owning the annual marketing budget planning and managing budget responsibility.
• Providing strategic leadership across all marketing disciplines: Content, SEO, CRM, Online Marketing (including Media), Offline Marketing, Trade Shows, and Communications.
• Developing annual marketing plans to align with business goals.
• Creating and executing digital-first integrated marketing campaigns.
• Managing and guiding external agencies.
• Leading the setup and implementation of a new CRM tool, including evaluating and selecting the right platform.
• Acting as CRM project lead for PRM, CRM, and Emarsys.
• Designing and implementing automation processes to streamline CRM workflows.
• Customizing CRM features to match organizational needs and objectives.
• Overseeing data migration, integration, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to capture business requirements and measure ROI from campaigns through data insights.
  

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, with leadership experience
• Track record in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and campaign management.
• Demonstrated success in leading CRM implementation projects and working with various CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML scripting for emails and solid knowledge of SQL; basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into action.
• Hands-on mentality with a "get it done" attitude, paired with creativity and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Passion for the e-mobility industry and a drive to deliver results in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
