Intern Accounting (f/d/m)
Meet the Team:
Join our Accounting team as an Accounting Intern (m/f/d) in Berlin and work alongside experienced professionals. You will assist the Accounting team in Accounts Payable, Data maintenance and support improving our financial processes.
Make an Impact by:
- Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing and verifying incoming invoices
- Maintaining accurate data in subledgers, including Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
- Contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
- Collaborating in ongoing improvement projects for finance processes
- Assisting the Procurement team, e.g. by supporting the creation of PRs and Pos
- Maintaining supplier master data, or helping with documentation in procurement processes
- Supporting cross-functional finance and procurement projects as needed
Your profile:
- Advanced progress in your studies (2nd half) in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, with focus on Accounting or Finance
- Strong written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
- Available to work on-site in Berlin
- First practical experience in accounting or procurement is an advantage
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Jira is beneficial
- High attention to detail, reliable and proactive working style
- Strong interpersonal skills, open to working in an international and diverse team
