being among those 1.400 partners there are small companies that operate only a few charging stations, grown start-ups and technology companies as well as large utilities.
In particular with our largest partners, we are working on intensifying the collaboration, jointly improving the charging user experience and driving innovation to make charging seamless and hassle-free
Being part of a young and highly motivated team, as a (Senior) Partner Account Manager you will be responsible for important markets and many of our most important partners
You develop close ties within the partner organizations and manage and develop the relationship strategically and commercially
At the same time, you are a tough negotiator who secures attractive contractual agreements with our partners. This includes for example purchase conditions on the electricity that we buy from CPOs or SLA compliance of our partners.
You support our tech teams on a commercial side so they can drive innovation with our partners by implementing and rolling out new features for our OEM clients.
As expert of the markets that you are responsible for you are always up to date on regional trends, the CPO landscape and proactively drive developments that are required to stay compliant with regional requirements.
You attend in market-specific working groups and associations to know and influence market trends and regulations.
Professional experience in the E-mobility market for at least 3+ years
Profound know-how of EV sector e.g. charging user journey, features, communication, protocols, EV charging value chain, roles and their business models (EMSP, CPOs, backend provider, roaming platform, site hosts, grid), the CPO landscape and regulatory framework for charging in Europe
You are an outgoing business developer and relationship builder that also wants to understand technical details
You are a team player and a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working independently
Good negotiator with first proven contract negotiation track record
Experience in creating partner contracts and SLAs
You are pro-active, self-organized and have good project management skills
You represent Digital Charging Solutions at industry events and like to speak in person
Developing, implementing and improving internal and partner-related processes is what you enjoy most
Analytical skillset, experience in working with data analytics tools beyond Excel (e.g. PowerBI) is a plus
Stellar English skills and basic German are essential; any other EU member state language is a plus
