Meet the Team:  

Join our passionate Customer Service Tooling team in Munich. It plays a crucial technical role behind the scenes, managing and improving the platforms that enable our customer service teams to succeed. This is a non-customer-facing role that spans multiple areas—from automation and security to development and data analysis. We’re a collaborative, problem-solving group focused on creating seamless, efficient tools that keep operations running smoothly across the globe. . Make an Impact:

  • Actively support project management in Jira by monitoring Kanban dashboards, helping break down large epics into actionable user stories and tasks, and assisting in backlog organization.
  • Support the operations and continuous improvement of customer service tools and platforms used globally.
  • Develop and enhance internal tools and external help centres using Handlebars, React, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Manage enterprise applications and user provisioning workflows using Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of AI agents that assist customer service teams.
  • Help configure, maintain, and optimize our Zendesk environment to meet evolving business needs.
  • Analyse large datasets to provide insights that support strategic decision-making for stakeholders.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance of our telephony systems by monitoring configurations and documentation to meet regulatory requirements across different markets

Your Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in the 2nd half of a degree program, or graduated in engineering, business administration, or a comparable field with an analytical focus 
  • Able to work as a full-time intern in our Berlin office from September for a duration of 9-12 months. 
  • Eager to take initiative in project management tasks—comfortable managing Jira boards, writing user stories, and organizing sprints or workflows.
  • Familiar with identity and access management concepts; knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID is a plus.
  • Strong interest in automation, technical operations, and customer service technologies.
  • Basic experience with frontend development (JavaScript, React, TypeScript, or Handlebars preferred).
  • Security-conscious mindset with an understanding of best practices for data protection, access control, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and present data insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); German is not required.
  • Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
