Join our passionate Customer Service team, split between Munich and Berlin, and seize an exciting opportunity to dive into what customers really think about our product. Discover correlations and explore ways to continuously improve our offerings, keeping our customers engaged and happy.
Working closely with our vendor to ensure quality expectations are met
Actively gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product enhancements
Identifying trends and correlations to improve overall customer satisfaction
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into product development
Creating and analyzing reports and KPI reports
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and correlations
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, German language skills are a plus
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Passion for understanding customer needs and driving positive experiences
Experience working collaboratively across teams to implement customer-driven improvements
Ability to work 40h/week as an Intern in our Berlin or Munich office as soon as possible for a duration of 12 months
